1.1. Can I pay by check?
Yes - you may purchase by check through software reseller FastSpring.
To purchase by check:
1. Go to the following link: FastSpring Store
2. Select the product you would like to purchase and then click the "Order Now" button.
3. Fill in the Customer Information section, and select "Check" for the "Payment Method".
4. Continue to print the invoice and then mail it with the check to the address on the invoice.

1.2. Can I pay by Bank Transfer?
Yes - you may purchase by bank transfer through software reseller, FastSpring. Please follow the steps listed below to purchase by bank transfer:
To purchase by bank transfer:

3. Fill in the Customer Information section, and select "Bank Transfer" for the "Payment Method".
4. Transfer the money as described on the invoice.

2.1. Are other language versions available?
Our software is available in English language only. Sorry, we do not have other language versions such as Spanish, French, etc.
2.2. Can I schedule a live demo?
We don't have representatives available to do live demonstrations; however, we have screencasts, a free trial, and a user guide so you can try out the software live in your own environment prior to purchase. See below for more details.

2.3. Can I be a reseller for your software?
We do not have a reseller program or discounts available; however, some resellers purchase our software on behalf of their client and then resell the license to them along with a markup or value added support such as set up and installation. To do so, you may purchase a license key from our website, and then resell it to your customer. Each customer must be issued a unique license key number.
2.4. Is there a monthly or annual fee for support and updates?
The cost is a 1 time fee for the version of the software you purchase. You are not required to pay an additional monthly or annual fee.
Details:
Your purchase provides you with a license key which will work in the version of the software you purchase without limitation or expiration. You also receive free updates for 24 months. Updates *after* 24 months can be purchased for 50% off the regular price. However, you are never required to update, so you may continue to use the older version for as long as you want with no additional charges.
2.5. Is the software available on CD?
We don't have a physical CD available for purchase. Some of our customers with this requirement download the software and copy it to CD or save it on a protected network share for disaster recovery purposes. If you decide to do this, you may right-click on the download link in Internet Explorer and select the menu item "Save Target As" to download a copy of the setup file.
